送貨服務收費：

• 凡於Chinchillashop購物滿HK$400或以上(折實後)，即可享本公司所提供的免費送貨服務。

• 如訂購貨品總額於HK$200-HK$400，則收取送貨行政費用HK$50。訂購總額低於HK$200，則收取送貨行政費用HK$70。

• 逄星期二中午截單，星期四送貨，截單後的單安排下一個星期發貨。

• 送貨服務只適用於港島及九龍。

Delivery Arrangements:

• Once your online shopping session is done, we will check stock availability and confirm you by phone or email the amount of purchase, delivery time and address. We accept one delivery address for each purchase.

• If the delivery address is located in a remote area where access of delivery van is not viable, customer is required to arrange self pick up from the location where the van is parked.

• If there are no lifts at your address, we will charge HK$10 per level.

• We reserve the rights on the final decision on the delivery arrangement
